Chelsea Marie Phebus, age 26 of Woodbine, MD, was born October 23, 1994 at Bethesda, MD, departed this life February 26, 2021. She was saved and baptized at a young age and was a member of Sharon Missionary Baptist Church. She was a 2013 Graduate of Century High School, and worked as a Sales Secretary at Metro Bobcat in Eldersburg, MD. She was preceded in death by her Grandmother Agnes Viers. Survivors include her Father Michael V. Phebus, Mother Rebecca Ann Viers, of Woodbine, MD, Brother Rev. William C. "Billy" and wife Michelle Phebus of Severn, MD, Sister Rachael Michelle and husband Patrick DeCorse Kimmett of Sykesville, MD, Grandparents Rev. William A. "Bill" and Helen Marie Phebus of Woodbine, MD, Grandfather Tivis Viers of Florida, Cousins Samantha, Joshua and Jacqueline Wagner all from Woodbine, MD, Nickolas Phebus of Westminster, MD and Allison Phebus of Sykesville, MD, Uncle David & Aunt Shannon Phebus of Sykesville, MD, Uncle Mickey & Aunt Connie Wagner of Woodbine, MD, Nephew Kolby & Niece Mira Kimmett of Sykesville, MD and Aunt Pam of Florida and a Host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2021, from 10am - 12pm at Sharon Missionary Baptist Church, 2145 McKendree Road, West Friendship, MD where a service will follow at 12 noon with Rev. Aaron Jones officiating. Interment to follow at Sharon Cemetery. Mandates of limited capacity, face masks and social distancing are required.
